Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our Portland, Oregon U.S.A. factory. We ship Monday thru Friday and are generally closed on holidays.

Blackbird is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has left our premises, we rely on the shipper to deliver safely and on time. Once delivered, you are responsible for the safety and security of this box. If your home is not a safe location for deliveries, possibly send it to your place of employment or make other arrangements. We are happy to provide you with any information necessary to work with the carrier.
