TRUE ORDER SHIP DATE - OUR SYSTEM WORKS A LITTLE BACKWARDS. OUR FIRST STEP IN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER IS TO CREATE THE SHIPPING LABEL WHICH TRIGGERS A NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. ONCE YOUR HAS BEEN SCANNED BY THE CARRIER, THEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY "SHIPPED". 
PACKAGE PICK-UP - OUR SHIPPING CARRIERS PICK UP AT RANDOM TIMES AND SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL. YOUR PACKAGE MAY SIT IN OUR STUDIO FOR A FEW DAYS BEFORE BEING PICKED UP. WE TRY TO DRIVE THE PACKAGES TO THE CARRIER HUBS IF WE FORSEE LONG DELAYS IN PICKUP.

ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED USING USPS OR FEDEX AND TRACKING NUMBERS WILL BE PROVIDED VIA EMAIL.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND RESHIPPING FEES FOR REJECTED AND RETURNED PACKAGES.

    • PROTECT THE PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASED.
    • REDUCE COSTS TO KEEP OUR SHIPPING COSTS AS LOW AS POSSIBLE FOR YOU.

    RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

    ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES LISTED BELOW AND EMAIL: INFO@BLACKBIRD.BLACK

    RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR MOST ITEMS IN NEW, UNUSED/UNOPENED/UNSPRAYED CONDITION IF RETURNED TO BLACKBIRD WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND. 

    EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED FOR NEW, UNUSED/UNOPENED/UNSPRAYED PRODUCTS AT THE VALUE EQUAL TO THE PAID VALUE. CUSTOMER ASSUMES THE COST OF SHIPPING AND REPACKAGING FOR THE RETURNED GOODS AND THE NEW ITEMS SHIPPED IN RETURN. 

    ITEMS LISTED ON OUR SITE AT A REDUCED PRICE ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. 

    ALL UNBOXED PERFUMES, PERFUME SAMPLES, INCENSE SAMPLES AND SAMPLE SETS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

    IF ALL CONDITIONS ARE MET, THE FULL PURCHASE AMOUNT, PLUS ANY TAXES COLLECTED, MINUS SHIPPING FEES WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO THE CUSTOMERS ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT; IF NOT, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND A RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED (SEE BELOW). THE ITEMS WILL BE HELD AWAITING AGREEMENT FROMT THE CUSTOMER TO ACCEPT THE RESTOCKING FEES OR UNTIL RETURN SHIPPING IS PAID BY CUSTOMER. FAILURE TO RESPOND WILL RESULT IN NO CREDIT ISSUED. THE GOODS WILL BE HELD FOR 365 DAYS AT WHICH TIME THE PRODUCTS WILL BE FORFEITED AND THE PRODUCTS RETURNED TO STOCK WITH NO REFUND.

    RETURN SHIPPING & PROCESSING

    TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOODS, EMAIL INFO@BLACKBIRD.BLACK FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND INSTRUCTIONS.

    CUSTOMERS WILL ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN SHIPPING AND PACKAGING COSTS. BLACKBIRD WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR COMPENSATION OF RETURN PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT WITHOUT PROOF OF DELIVERY TO THE BLACKBIRD RETURNS OFFICE.

    RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND DETERMINE IF THE PRODUCT HAD BEEN OPENED OR USED. FAILURE TO MEET OUR RETURN REQUIREMENTS WILL EITHER RESULT IN A RESTOCKING/REPACKAGING FEE OR REFUSAL OF THE RETURN.

    BLACKBIRD MAY TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.

    RESTOCKING/REPACKAGING FEE  

    YOUR RETURN MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING OR REPACKAGING FEE, APPLIED AT OUR DISCRETION, UP TO 25% OF THE RETAIL PRICE OF THE GOODS BEING RETURNED. WHEN REQUIRED, THIS FEE IS NECESSARY TO COVER LABOR AND MATERIAL COSTS INCURRED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT BACK TO RESELLABLE CONDITION, CUSTOMER SERVICE COSTS AND CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION FEES.

    TO AVOID THESE FEES, WHEN RESHIPPING YOUR RETURN, IT IS IMPORTANT TO REPACK THE ITEMS SUFFICIENTLY TO PROTECT THE OUTER PACKAGING FROM DAMAGE. INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IN THE BOX.

    PRICE ADJUSTMENTS  
    IF WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE BLACKBIRD DISCOUNTS A FULL PRICE ITEM, WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS AT THE NEW RATE. CUSTOMER MUST EMAIL DURING THE ACTIVE TIME OF THE PROMOTION TO REQUEST THE ADJUSTMENT. THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMERS ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
